In collaboration with Kafi Schatz, we optimized operations in no time, and the results have been outstanding. Customers and staff alike are thrilled with the enhanced coffee experience. Interestingly, the Robobarista has not cannibalized the traditional coffee shop next to it. Instead, it complements the existing offerings, extending the target groups and showcasing the potential and versatility of our Swiss Robobaristas.
